I have good news, my contact in Japan found 2 cars though they become to be very hard to find. The first one was left abandoned after a crash but the owner is willing to sell it. So it has the front left damaged after a crash, as you can see, the suspension is badly hit too. The engine is missing too. Apart from that, the car is only slightly rusted and most of all it's genuine and complete, if you don't mind the dildo-looking shifter. We can try to find an original one if you choose this car. The car and shipping would cost 2500V$
The second one is in way better condition but a little bit over you budget. It belongs to a Bozo gang member but he swears the car never was involved in any murder nor drug deals. The body has been refurbished and there's no rust at all, plus the engine is a good stock 2JZGTE.
