So, the Supra is back from the paint shop! It wasn't cheap, but for now my friend, which owns the local tuning shop has taken care of the costs. He has some contacts from part dealers, so we may also save some money when we will order parts we'll need.
Here she is:   We also had a closer look at the engine and found out that the cylinder head won't last any longer. It needs to be replaced right away. But there is also a good side: A 6-speed gearbox from the 2JZ-GTE, and an upgraded clutch and flywheel.  The internals are ok. If we'll have enough money we'll add some power to the engine because 200hp just doesn't cut it.   Later we will take a look at the suspension, because it's probably very worn from drifting.  It needs harder handling, because i'm going to continue the same purpose.
