nah i guess he's talking about the "HID/BLUE and SMALL ORB" thing.. so yeah in the cfg of the light you'll see i've used a different ID now copy that ID from CFG and in RPK you'll find a part like:

<FILE 00000275.res >
typeof 13
superid 0x00030007
typeid 0x0000AF19
alias taillights
isparentcompatible 1.00
</FILE>
<FILE 00000275.rsd >
type fakespot
diffuse 1.000 1.000 1.000 1.000
specular 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000
ambient 1.000 0.000 0.000 0.000
position 0.000 0.000 0.000
direction 0.000 0.000 -1.000
range 5.000
attenuation 1.000 0.030 0.000
theta 1.396
phi 1.920
lf_texture 0x00030100
lf_glow_color 1.000 1.000 0.000 0.000
lf_glow_colortype 2.000
lit_dynamic 1.000
attH_texture 0x0003000B
attV_texture 0x0003000C
lf_glow_offset 4.000
lf_glow_minsize 0.100
lf_glow_maxsize 2.000
lf_ray_minwidth 2.000
lf_ray_maxwidth 2.000
lf_ray_minlenght 1.000
lf_ray_maxlenght 70.000
lf_flare_minsize 1.000
lf_flare_maxsize 3.000
lf_flare_distance 1.000
lf_texturemode 2.000
</FILE>

add this and use the ID from that in the light cfg

to get the blue tint duplicate the possition of the main small orb and use this in cfg

render 0x00030008 -0.028 -0.022 -0.084 0.000 0.000 0.000 ; CITY
flags 4
colors 1 0xFF6fc0ff

the orange bit being the RGB code of the colour you want for the tint

that should explain it
Why be a KING when you can be a GOD?!
