I have never seen it before anyways, looks like if the fog got reverted(aka, stronger if near instead of if far)

Very strange. I've just changed resolution to 1440p and the map was filled with fog (and when I adjust view distance, black fog turns into blue). Anyway, when I changed my res back to standard, everything is normal again.
