Yes it is, you have to edit the car rpk and change all the render flags to "flags 2048.000".
Something like this;



ps: at least i think that was the right flag, you should try out, it's an easy edit anyways, you just have to convert the rpk to rdb and then open it with a text editor and press "Ctrl+H", it will open a "Replace word" window which allows to replace all the "flags 8.000" to "flags 2048.000".
