I know you're still working on south-eastern part but still here's some idea where and what to put. Industrial area is factories, parkings, maybe even airport? And entertainment area is theme parks, supermarkets etc.

at the moment i'm limited to objects.rpk and this is where i take all the meshes from i dont have any addon buildings or vehicles to place around the map.
