anyway, here people have a look and tell me what do you think about this idea
this is still the south eastern side of the map (highway), i've placed 6 skyscrapers there to give valo a modern feel.
All the Buildings are placed on the green far behind highway fence, obviously this area would not be accessible once this mod is finished, also the highway area gives me a 2-3 fps drop compared to the regular valo. give me some of your feedback to whether still carry on doing south-east or move further down. thank you
