So after our little drifting meet I was on my way home, and this car in a driveway caught my eye. I couldn't help but pull in and stop as soon as I saw it. I wanted it!
It was a Nissan Silvia S14 rolling shell with what looked to be a rebuilt engine bay. I knocked on the door and some guy named Jake answered. I asked if he was the owner of the car and if he was trying to sell it. He said that he was the owner and then gave me a long pause..."Well....I do need the money. I guess I would do $2,800" he then proceeded to show me the car as I thought hard about my decision.     After talking to Jake for a good hour in a half about his S14 and then my S13, all of the parts on his car, they all added up and were all solid. I threw him the "2,500 for a fellow S-chasis owner?" he chuckled and then stuck his hand out in agreement. I paid my dues and called for a tow truck while he signed the title over to me. I bought another Nissan! I'm running out of room to put them all but I'm so addicted to them. I have some pretty big ideas for this car, i'm just hoping they all go smoothly. If anyone has parts or and engine let me know! |
