You can get RWB kits without nakai san... The fact that there are RWB shops all over the world now. You think they just have a RWB garage open and just sit there to wait for an order and then sit there till Nakai san comes? There are quite a few shops that build rwb cars. If you want Nakai san to do it you pay way more. But hey go be a dickhead over a game
