Yeah, I can do that, I think. It'd probably have to be adjustable to work, since I don't know that it would fit in the engine bay all of the time otherwise, but, yeah.
It'd be easier, if you'd do it as animated part (or rigged, as Mitch is), but it is even possible to connect two parts like this?
