The design by the looks are similar to a mixture between a 2JZ (manifold being bent over the cylinder head), A Ford V8 engine (manifold being bent with a 90 degree angle with a similar style with what makes me think of a throttle body) and a V6-V8 (that cover panel gives that impression because it sits quite high and only cover the front part) when looking at this picture in particular.

On a side note. A wasted spark setup would be cool
