So just over two weeks ago, an independent Time Attack racing group got into contact with my shop and I. They told me they were looking to build a 2003 Subaru Impreza STi for time attack racing. The car had to meet many requirements and after hearing them I agreed to take on the project, which they are giving me 4 weeks in total for.

Here is the car that first got to my shop.

They told me the list of parts they wanted on the car and told me that the other parts of it were up to me, so long as it meets this

The World Time Attack 2015 rules and restrictions. The car is to run in the Pro class and will meet all the requirements. (That I can follow with SLRR limits)

So right away we got to ordering parts and stripping the car down.

Then we relocated the battery to the rear. Here it is before it got hooked up.

Then some time passed waiting on parts, about a week for all the aesthetic parts to finally arrive.

The car is sporting a full Varis body kit, a new roof diffuser as well as rear bumper under diffuser. New Carbon fibre trunk (boot) and Voltex carbon wing, new hood scoop style in carbon, as well as APR side mirrors in carbon. The right headlight is a one off with an intake hole in it.

Finally on the list of current modifications documented, this Nardi Torino wheel has been installed in place of the stock wheel, and some new Bride Zeta IIIs fill the place of the old seats.

Next up on this car is suspenion, wheels & brakes, then engine work and initial testing. Eventually I'll get to livery application. Tell me what you think. I'm quite excited by this project.

Do it for the ratchets
