I ended up selling my STi daily driver. There was no room for a subaru in my nissan family and as great as that car was, I was starting to drive the R32 more than the STi. Since this was the case, I decided it was best to say goodbye and sell it to someone who can use it better. Anyway, who wouldn't want to daily a Skyline?

I noticed something wrong with the car after about a week of driving it. At low revs the cams seemed to be acting up. At first I thought it might just be some cheap aftermarket cams that weren't listed, but I did a quick check when I got home and it came to my attention that they were the stock camshafts. Suppose that they were just at the end of their life. I ordered a pair of HKS camshafts and got to work.

I took off the head cover and took a look at the sparkplugs, which were also looking pretty rough. Thankfully had some extras that I picked up for the R33, so I switched over the old for the new and then got back to work installing the new camshafts. Sometime later they were in and looking pretty nice, too.

If I'm going to be dailying this car then I'll have to do some more engine maintenance, but for now it's running strong and more powerful than before.

Since the last time I posted my R32 up I've got a few things done to it. I ordered some custom LED rear lights and I quite like them. Also got the rear half of the car's windows tinted. Fronts aren't done to avoid getting ticketed for it. The car is already a police magnet. More about that later.

Well you seen then I got the idea of switching over my wheels for the ones I wanted to sell to Shaforostov. I've never been more thankful that someone didn't want to buy something from me, because after putting the first one on the car, I knew I made the right choice by swapping them.

God damn.

When I was on the way to the two parking lots in the photos above, I got pulled over. I was actually surprised as I had done nothing wrong, as far as I could tell. I pulled over and talked to a very enthusiastic police officer. He was actually just very interested in my car and told me about how he has a 240sx as a project car and we talked about our plans for our cars, wheel set ups, things like that. We talked for probably 10 minutes before he had to go on his way. I gave him my card and told him to hit me up sometime if he's going to any drift events or whatever. Glad I didn't get a ticket for anything, not something I want to spend my money on.

Lastly, @Zerito

I saw your wife's car parked up the other day at city hall, very beautiful car.

@DriftPhantom

If 19s will fit your car, the TE37s I mentioned above are for sale if Shaforostov's friend isn't interested in them.

Do it for the ratchets
