If the frame itself isn't bent you could fix it. I guess you want to use it at the Matsuri and building a new car would probably take too long. You should try and fix it up.
There is some significant damage on the frame but I think im gonna try to find another frame instead. As you said building a new car would take too long so a new frame would probably be my best option. What goes for the spring I could just go to a junkyard and find another e36 spring and slap it in.
