Currently downloading SLRR_2_2_1.

I've read that the patch V2.3.0 LE either doesn't allow mods AFTER patching, or I can't mod it BEFORE the patch.

I'm assuming it's the latter? I may have mis read, just wanted to clarify, thanks!

Just want a version that i can add cars, and most importantly, ENB, decent AA etc.
