I finally got around to beginning the single turbo swap. I only took one picture for now but I'll take more as I go along. I'm swapping in a relatively small turbo because it's just going as a simple replacement for the twins,nothing too extreme. Today I removed the old exhaust manifold, exhaust system and the other piping. The Valve covers are coming off for a repaint and I'm replacing the headgasket with a new aftermarket one. Check it out-
