-Two weeks later-
Well, I got a foreign used fuel filter and a new air filter. A friend of mine who specializes in automotive electrical re-ran the wiring for my air suspension which now allowed me to lower the car 1.5 inches through a 3rd party switch. The car now has proper alignment and some "aftermarket" headlights (thanks to black spray paint). It sits ridiculously low for a factory air suspension setup. Here's a picture-
I guess I'm staying with the twin turbos for now even though one isn't working well. I'm currently saving up for a single turbo setup which will be coming soon enough. Is anyone interested in buying my wheels+tyres? Canonica reps- 18x8.5 wrapped in Triangle 205/35/R18 tyres with 75% life. I'm calling $800 for the set but trades are welcomed.
