Good news! The engine is not seized and cranks over slowly. I guess the starter needs rebuilding. I got a steering wheel and seats for it:
Hey, if you need/want help rebuilding the engine, I'd be glad to help, I'm really good with boxer engines, and I got plenty of extra time hile I'm waiting for the body kit for the Volvo. (If anyones interested in the Volvo, shot me an offer. I got around 20 grand in it, so I think the lowest I'd go would be 25k)
