Under the Javas. edit the piston max RPMs, do the same for the connecting rods, pistons and block as well. I. Did this with BB93s LS3 and get out to 8750RPMs. Let me know if you need any further help! Also where the heck did you find source for the 2JZ?!
You can more in depth edit the connecting rod length, bore of the pistons/block and the crank specs to get some power out of it and effectively strengthen the engine. My 1.5JZ hybrid goes to 9750limiter and can take 10k but I like to place limiter to ensure safety. I highly recommend copying real spec parts as just putting in random values can really upset the compression ratio and the engine will not start.
