It really depends on how you set up your car like you can adjust your transmission to 100%-0% (FWD) OR 50%-50% (AWD) OR 0%-100% (RWD) OR even in between 50%-100% will do good so you have a bit of front wheel support and most of the rear wheel doing the work, a bit realistic, and if you have steering help turned all the way up OR sometimes a little bit of traction control will help for a smoother drift.

And also one more thing, setting up ride height and stiffness with adjustable suspension will also help. Fiddle around with the stiffness, see what suits you best. I suggest anything in between 4000 n/m/s to 6000 n/m/s will be fine :)
