Might as well update this.

So tires don't appear in the 'tyres' category in the menu, they work but they don't appear there and the cause is other .rpk files in this case FLED's mopar_tires.rpk, how can this be fixed? There is no point in playing the game if I can't use FLED's drag tyres.
