I can make something like pattern for decalable windows that will work by copy/paste the strings in the rpk and adding the textures in the folder but u'll still have to know some basics to do the loading order after export the windows.

Check JC's rim tut, if you get it and still want it I'll post the pattern strings and will give you some more details ;)
