you need to rip off meshes with zmodeler, then import on max, scale to 10025(100% accurate scale) add your materials and export again, dont change their position of the mesh.
the other thing you have to do(probably) is loading order, basicly the order the game must load textures to show up properly(in case of tails/heads), check our tutorial area, JC's rim tutorial explains it.
