EK9? Srsly mother with type R? Sure not EK4? :)) My opinion go with beemer only if you like it RWD. And for a first car don't buy 5 series or 7 series. Get third one. And if going for E36 try to get one with stock spoiler(My first car & that spoiler helped to learn parking).
