The way i deal with the problem, is just to intsall a car, try the dealers in game. Intstall another car, boot up game again and check if everthyng works. If you game does crash once, then just delete the car you installed the last. Just remember to install every car seperetly not all at once, same goes with parts. I know it won't help you rigt now but just so you know it in the future.
