sweet! how is in France about rim sizes and engine swap homologations(in terms of doable things and money)?

PS: i ask since here in Italy basicly you cant homologate a single s**t, only way to do it is be an engineer(and still have to spend over 7000€ just to be taken in consideration from those of the motor vehicles office) or do it from TÜV Rome/Milan :\
