hey guys even though i pumped my video card on full the graphics in slrr look really bad who could help me?

Processor Intel Pentium B950 (2.10GHz)
Operating system Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit
Display 15.6" High Definition WLED
Hard disk 500GB
Memory 4GB Ram DDR3
Graphic card Intel HD Graphics 3000

P.S. even though its graphic are bad it can run the game without any lags at all.
