it is, some tires are too sticky so the car wants to roll over :) a lot of mods don't have proper physics and the game "thinks" the car is higher than it is.. so the weight is normally above the car which makes it roll on hard corners, or the suspension(Which is rarely the case) but if its set too high it will also make the car unstable in corners..
