Out of curiosity I checked up used US classic car prices. I found out that meticulously restored classic trucks can worth a lot of cash
Of course there are some that is cheap as well. I'd say get one of those, restore them as neat as you could and either sell them for cash or keep them as a workhorse/parts truck
