How to Install:
1: Install max But dont restart at the end.
2: unrar Licpath.Lic and put it in the 3D max Folder
3: Go to "Start menu -> Programs-> Discreet-> max 5" then click on "License Configuration Switcher"
4: Click Network
5: Start Max 5
6: it will ask "Server or File" Click File then Locate (licpath.lic)
7: Your Done Should work if not Your a Noob And cant read !
