It's been a week and I've made some progress on my RB25 RX7!

I got lucky not long after my last post and ended up finding a front end collision FD not too far away. I hopped in the truck and headed about an hour away to obtain a hatch. I left with a rear carbon hatch with low mount wing and oem rear bumper! The car was visually not far from "fit for road use" whatever that means, but I needed to find a hood. I got to searching and found this replica hood of some kind. Unfortunately it already had a pair of hoodpins and my hood latch is somewhere in a box of random bits and pieces, so this would have to do. I also got to trying to install the oem headlights, but had to go dig for the complete assembly.

I decided that while the El Camino was still running I'd utilize a bit more time to make the FD look somewhat respectable. I began to vinyl wrap the car in a nice blue/purple as taking panels off has been fresh in my mind recently anyway. I got as far as the bumpers and had to take the car for a drive again, this thing has been so fun. Of course in the 30 minutes I was inside the grocery store someone managed so knock my left hand mirror clean off, so for now I've got one. I finally finished the whole car and it definitely has started to take shape, though I'm not a big fan of the low mount, I just have nothing else/can't repair the carbon that's been drilled through. I also decided to pick up some of those led underglow lights to tie in with the rice mods lol.

For now that's how the car's been sitting, though I can give you a little preview of how the wheels I got last night look on the car.

Not really sure what I'm doing with this car, I've just been having fun. It likes to get sideways but I could definitely transform this thing into a quick track car... Plenty of stuff to come over time with this thing, but if anyone wants to rip some sections in Valo let me know :)) :)) :))

Do it for the ratchets
