# RocketBunnyS13 : Ayyyy it's you! You helped me get that BMW E92 LB mod a while back haha. Welcome back to RP! That's a pretty rad El Camino. I see some serious potential I remember that mod LOL, thank you for the kind words as well. Since I'm waiting on El Camino parts... I've decided to show you my current daily. I have some pictures of when I first got it, a little backstory, and then how it looks at this moment. I know you guys like JDM stuff so this might be up your ally.   Here is my 1999 Lexus GS300/Toyota Aristo thing Originally an imported Aristo, it somehow found itself as a rolling shell. One of the previous owners decided to take a running GS300 and swap everything over into this, thus creating a RHD GS300 with Aristo interior. It is equipped with a well worn 2JZGE and auto gearbox, as well the previous owner had decided that 20" TIS wheels would be the best suit for this ghetto car. I had other ideas in mind. Presenting my "special stance"    Gone are the 20" wheels, in their place are now 16" wheels and ebay coilovers for the maximum lows. I have a full set of 16" works, but the rears are both being rebuilt at the moment. In place are a couple of style 5s on adapters so I can still get around dumb low. It's slow, drives terribly, and now scrapes literally everywhere I go. Thankful the roads of Valo are virtually bumpless  I'm looking to build this when the Camino is done, however I am completely open for a straight trade on another running and driving car from the forums. The engine is a bonestock used as 2JZGE with 93k KMS on it, body has 54k KMS, and has only been this low for a few weeks. Show me or PM me what you got for STRAIGHT TRADE, car is valued at 4k or 3.2k without the 4 work wheels. If it doesn't trade I will eventually do 1J or 2UZ swap, or even just a 2J GTE if possible. |
