(I haven't posted much since the original singular RP forum, so I'm hoping to rekindle something in making a non V$ rp thread, so consider all the money null)

I'm going to start by showing off my recently acquired 1973 Chevrolet El Camino. It has an interesting life/build already, so I'm looking forward to messing with it.








Like stated above, this is my 73 El Camino. Although not as popular as the earlier models, this american ute still leaves a lot to be enjoyed. It is still the car world's mullet, both in appearance and stature. This particular car has clearly seen some better days. In 1996 the original 4.1L I6 went kaboom. In 1998 the car's engine swap was completed, a Ford 5.8 from a 1995 F150 was put in, as well as a ford 8.8 rear diff and other retro fitted drivetrain components. It's fitted with a powerglide 2 speed, which has both made the car an incredible cruiser but also a terrible slouch with only 200 some wheel horsepower. In 2004 the car was in a minor collision damaging the driver's side front, then repaired using pieces from a two tone car but never repainted. The tailgate was replaced at an unknown time and the bed cover has clearly come from that same parts car. Other than the strange engine swap, replacement panels, and period correct wheels and tires (also known as dry rotted) the car is fairly stock.

So where do I go? I have some money and a fairly blank canvas, so I'd like some opinions on how I should build it since I've got too many different ideas.

The options;

Sell it - The car has been in my possession for just over a month, but I have no real ties to it. I am a resident of Valo City and have plenty of options at my finger tips, maybe this isn't the right one.

Build it - This can be broken down into a few categories/styles
- Slam it/show car (Dump it on it's nuts with some cool wheels, take care of the mismatch etc.)
- Donk it (Would be a fun challenge to tackle, though I'd most likely sell it shortly after)
- Restore/Former Glory (Bring the car back to factory and sell it for a profit)
- Make some power (Either slap bolt ons at this 5.8 or swap it for something more modern/in the GM family)
- Full race car (This will take the longest and hurt any other potential builds the most, but I could go dumb fast)

So what do you think of the car? What should I do? Let me know so I have an idea of where to go from here!
