# saletl : Will the real C88 please stand up....
So I gotta say plastic dip is not too bad for temporary colour change! And the Supra looks good man.
On the 240 I'd go for Meisters (but that's just me) the engine swap... dude! Awesome!

Yeah Plastidip isn't practical since any dinge and small stones that scratch the paint the film would get scraped off, I only did it cuz the original paint was extremely faded so it's just a place holder for the time being.

Meh Cosmis's are cheaper to replace and yup LS everything.

# radcoon : Where been all these supra hiding? Just after I sold mine.
Decent one! And that RPS looks very interesting !

Coincidence ???????

# MACKAY : Yeah, it is hard to let go of your beloved cars, but I guess there is a bright side too, you moved into awesome house tho. We will find something for you here in Japan and get that shit imported.

Yeah its hard its like losing a child......and I'm holding you on that :awesome:

240SX Build Breakdown

First off:

Look at em.....so nice......

Now on to business:

1992 Nissan 240SX Coupe

After 2 months of work I give to you sacrilege to the highest order a LS1 Swapped S13.

Now the car is fully gutted and is touched all over, I replaced all the suspension components front and back the car runs Wise Fab parts, Lock Kit and Rear Suspension, ISR Front and Rear swaybars, the car is on BC Racing BR Series Coils and for Brakes 4 Pot Brembo Calipers up front on vented discs, with Strange Dual Caliper Drag Brakes in the rear, now here me on this, this may not work since these are drag brakes but they are strong enough to stop cars at 150mph on a drag strip so they may work on a light asf tin can, all this behind 17" Cosmis XT206Rs on 235 Falkens front and back.

For continuity sake my save got corrupted and I forgot to put the trim back on while taking photos so don't mind it.

Now powering this thing if I haven't said it a million times a LS1 5.7L V8 thanks to a swap kit with minor modifications it's been rebuilt in the literal sense, new valve springs and retainers a High Lift Edlebrock Camshaft, a LSX Air Intake with high performance injectors a dual fuel pump and a racing fuel cell, long tube headers I have yet to get a full exhaust system so right now the car is on open headers running down to a T56 Transmission with a Magnum Shifter and a welded S13 R200V 4.083 Ratio differential, all managed surprisingly by a stock Corvette C6 ECU, the car has been started and can run a bit off I admit but it's getting a flash tune later this week.

Bodywise I recently got a new DMax Hood and Street Faction Bash Bars, I got them painted and they got delivered earlier today and I spent sometime putting them on, reason for the new hood is 1. Cooling and 2. I was getting some problems with the hood being pushed up from the Intake so I got a DMAX hood and just cut some grooves along the vents to make them fit.

Now on to the Interior:

Basically none of the sort, besides Bride Zeta III's Takata Harnesses and a MOMO alcantara racing wheel with a Aftermarket Rev Gauge (The Stock Ones don't work), so pretty standard stuff.

So the car is finally done and would be shredding shortly but I really want to get it street legal you can license a chair with wheels in this state but I need a proper exhaust system to at least pass emissions.

I got a message about a meet coming up soon but given the state of my cars, (180SX got no motor, 240SX not even streetlegal where it is and not even tuned), but I'll make something happen so I can at least get there.

So 1 build down, I really don't want to do anything to the Supra but that time is coming soon.

WE ARE NOT PERVERTS!!
