Update on the S13
I've managed to get to the junkyard and salvage title auction last week. I didn't like any of the cars at the auction but there were some totaled cars that were fairly new at the front of the yard. There was a 350z with massive front end damage, a M5 that looked like it got T boned and a 09 Corvette that had been rear ended pretty hard. I checked the engine on the corvette and besides a bent master cylinder the LS7 was barely scratched. I bought the engine off the yard owner for $3000 and spent the Monday night with some friends tearing it out and hauling it to the shop. We managed to get it in the car and turning over by Wednesday and now I'm just starting to hook up the fuel system. I ordered a new kit for the car but it is supposed to be in tomorrow, and i dont wanna spoil it too soon.   I dont know what im going to get for rims yet, but nothing too classy because i just want to flip this car and move onto another soon. Since I'm currently pursuing a graphics arts degree, I'm going to design a wrap for this car to restore it to its D1SL glory days before i sell it. The goal is to give this car a second chance at life in the hands of a someone who will drive the shit out of it. Starting $: 16,450
