I actually have been playing with illustrator, but I can't get that quality :(
I use photoshop :D i never figured out how to use illustrator, but i might pick it up.

But basically the bigger you can make it the better it will look, also if your doing it in illu and uploading it, cause what good are vectors when you convert them to pixels in the end.
