I don't have a 3D model of the NB, I even Emailed my contact who gets me my models and he doesn't have one either (even though he has over 500 3D car models). As for working mods, I only have NA (a really good one with loads of custom panels) or NC and a 3D model for the ND.
Only thing I can suggest is using the NC front end and hood so you get the fixed headlights, with NA fenders which don't have the bulge... might take a bit of messing to make it work though.
