That's my pic... I got that mod about 5 years ago (can't remember where) and it got lost on a HDD that died, I recently repaired the HDD and recovered the mod (along with a lot of other older mods that I forgot I had) and have since written a javascript for it so that it can be tweaked to how I want it.
I have some more work to do on it yet, so this version is WIP.. but the original may still be somewhere online (IIRC there were a couple of versions of it, but neither had javas).
