Week: 1I tried to see how long I could go without doing any modifications to my new car, and sadly I succumbed to the temptation and did some work on it. I bought the usual BC Coilovers for that lowness and ride smoothness in addition of some new wheels, I also had the car balanced and professionally adjusted to improve the ride quality, I even bought some of Eibachs Adjustable Sway Bars to replace the stock ones. For the wheels I got some lightweight 19" RTR Tech Mesh wrapped in Bridgestone Pontenzas RE003s. I decided to focus more on the running gear so by the time I put more power into the engine, I would be able to save an unsuspecting crowd from impending doom. (Yeah the Mustang jokes are getting super fucking lame.) Next on my list of Mods is to add bigger brakes I'm not touching the engine just yet, and before I forget, I also added the most common Mustang mod, Borla Ataks Axel back Exhaust, they sound so obnoxiously loud it is glorious. So the Steed is pretty tame for the moment. It handles great, and those are words that are hardly used to describe a pony car.   Now the Corrado is still at the shop, my vision is still being brought to life and I'd say this would be a fitting look. Here's a small sample:  It's coming along very well. |
