you can get rid of stuff (in catalog ONLY) by changing it's superid to 0x00000000, that will only HIDE the stuff from catalog, but if you buy a car that comes with that part it'll show up in the car

i don't think you can get rid of stock rims only deleting them RPK and Folder, never tried, but i think there is some other information in that rpk, not only rim/tyres stuff
