I didn't try yet but must be easy. IMO this will ruin the game since mods will comes without parts.
Other way is to hide them all for catalog.

Or e.g delete all stock springs/shock.arms but give the ID's they use on one addon spring/shock/arm.
This one should work but all cars will comes with the same type of suspension.
