general rule of thumb with slr is to

get a good clean base - aka bb93 slrr
get mods you want
install one mod
test the game - mod, dealers, wheel section, catalog fully built etc
install mod 2
rise and repeat.

this way you know exactly which mods kill your game.

right now, either move all mods out or start fresh,.
