Definitely and interesting build in progress, I will follow it for sure, because I never had interest in American cars, but this might spice things up for me The color choice is awesome too, not many cars look good in green, but that Z28 will definitely look good. And about the rear suspension, I think you should go for independent rear suspension if you want to make everything right, because in my opinion leaf suspensions are outdated af unless it's a truck lol.
