Cleaning out the 2JZ
Yesterday I have ordered a turbo kit for my 2JZ, it arrived half an hour ago. Before that I did some more detailing on the car. First what I did was fabricate a rollcage for it. After I installed the rollcage, I started working on the 2JZ. I removed the air filter, the piping and stuff that comes with it. Also removed the exhaust manifold with the CT-12 twin turbos and refurbished the intake manifold. I went to a local store to buy myself a decent tow hook for the car and I bought a blue spray can to spray the interior where I sandblasted it. I got new distributors for the 2JZ so the car runs a bit smoother. And I removed the front bumper, because it was in bad condition and I'll probably crash it sometime while drifting so fuck it. Heres the tow hook  The cleaned up 2JZ (still with the turbos and the old intake manifold)  And here are the pics of the rollcage   After lunch and taking a massive dump I'll post pics of the finished turbo setup.
