A 15 year old high school student who just got his drivers license has dreamt of being the next big thing in the Valo City street racing world for the past 7 years. What could possibly go wrong for this kid?

I am Riced Hyundai. I just got my drivers license and I just got my new car, a 1992 Honda Civic. Perfect car to modify. But first I need not only a job, but a place to modify this thing. I don't have a garage!
