Haven't posted an update in ages because I've been busy with work. I did some drastic changes over the past couple of months. I ended up swapping in a JZS147 2JZGTE engine and mated it to my W58 5 speed manual transmission. It took a bit of electrical work and some late nights but we figured it out. Some other engine related mods that were done are:

-Mishimoto JZX100 intercooler kit
-Greddy Type FV BOV
-Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator
-Treperformance 255lph fuel pump
-Apexi cone filter
-3" Stainless steel exhaust with v-band clamps and a shotgun tip
-HPI Oil cooler and braided lines
-Mishimoto thermostat.
-ACT 6 puck clutch and a heavy duty pressure plate
-XTD lightweight flywheel

I went to a dyno day and my horsepower figure was determined to be 305whp on stock boost and stock twins. Not bad at all. We also welded the differential and I tried out some drifting with my new alignment setup (0 toe all around, -4 camber upfront and -1 rear.) After all of these mods, my car has become a bit expensive to drive to work everyday so I'm slowly saving cash for another vehicle which would be more practical for city driving.
