I would personally sue for emotional disturbances and the stress it has caused you since the events occurred! I know just the right Lawyer as well, he just happens to be a car enthusiast! Only problem is he isn't cheap.....he's about V$600 an hour, only will fly first class and only stays at 5 Star Hotels.
