Doesnt look too bad but there are tons of useless polygons.
First off you should always do an outline, a midline and a inner line(pink ones) on the hub, around the holes, so that you can connect all the external vertex' of the holes to some other edges(this prevents bumpy meshes).
Then you should delete all the random edges rows that sit on the same precise angle(blue ones), i couldnt highlight them all(barrel ones) because the pic is too small but there's a load of them that's sitting there for no reason(they make your mesh higherpoly but with no better detail, thus they're useless).
With so much drama in the V-S-T, it's kinda hard being Bigg B-O-double-S-ninetythree
