First, I suggest you to enable AA (Anti-Alias). If you have nVidia or ATI, there should be tutorials how to enable AA. If you have some else GPU, install SMAA. If you want to have graphics quite nice, try out my ENB that is on downloads section (install it by dropping into folder where your game is).
