It actually is the same car, but the one by NRT probably has some tweaks, other parts, etc.

The one made by Maryus was a 3D model found on the internet and/or ripped from GTASA, the model that NRT used is the one from Forza Motorsport 4. Back when Maryus made his E34 Forza 4 wasent even rip-able yet.
